Wayne is the founding owner and director of the Westside Group of Companies, a diversified services group delivering technical building services to the commercial and industrial construction industry and the facility management sector. The group employs over 120 staff and generates an annual turnover in excess of $45 million, reflecting its scale, operational maturity, and market reputation.
Operating businesses within the group include Westside Mechanical Contracting Pty Ltd, Westside Plumbing Pty Ltd, Westside Services (SA) Pty Ltd, Poly Pipe Fabrications, and RackDoor, which specializes in high-performance computing (HPC) cooling solutions. Across these businesses, Wayne has overseen growth, governance, and operational excellence in highly regulated and technically demanding environments.
